Effective,
Engaging, Measurable
Before we begin your project, we work with you
to clearly define measures of success. Our goal
is to create courses that teach effectively, engage
the learner, and provide measurable results.
Effective
What is the most effective learning design? We
believe that people perform better when they have
a mix of modalities and methods of learning –
that is why we use a blended model. The model is
designed around five
critical ingredients.
Engaging
Our job is to keep your learners engaged. To achieve
this, we use interactive media, real-world examples,
and context that brings the content
to life. We believe that for a course to be truly
effective it must keep the learners attention. BUT,
we also believe that media should be appropriate
and not distract from learning. Understanding this
balance sets us apart from other providers.
Measurable
It’s simple: Learning is about results.
To measure results, we use Kirkpatrick's
Four Levels of Evaluation:
- Level One: Reaction
An online questionnaire given to learners to
evaluate the course.
- Level Two: Learning
A pretest and posttest to measure an increase
in knowledge.
- Level Three: Behavior
A measure of performance outcomes, typically
comparing pre-training skill levels with post-training
skill levels.
- Level Four: Business Results
A measure of the learning program's impact
on key business indicators.

Knowing
is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough
we must do.
